This has to be one of the sweetest families I have ever met! I just love mom and dad. They are great Godly people! Thanks for being such an inspiration in my walk with God!

Sweet little girl

This little girl was so sweet. It took her about half the session to warm up to me, but by the end she was giving smiles and rocks to me. :) I enjoyed it! Mom and Dad enjoy your sneak peek, more to come!

This family was so easy! We finished up in no time at all. You can tell Mom takes lots of photos of the kids, because they would pose with the biggest smile till I said I got it! It was too cute!!!!

Look at these little cuties!

Today I took some photos of a friends kiddos. I was so excited about getting to take these pictures that I started editing right away! I did a lot more play then I normally do on photos, but OH MY GOODNESS, I am loving it!!!! Feel like I created art! I even scoped out a new area of town so it took a little longer then usual, but well worth it! What do you think???

Smallest dress I've ever made....

I made these little pillowcase dresses for the girl's dolls. They really loved them, so much that I said, "Let's get a picture with you and your doll's new dress outside." "Yeah, great idea!!!" was the answer. Can you feel the excitement from this picture, if you can't just look at my oldest' face! She is just overflowing with joy! (Can you feel the sarcasm now?)
Ashley and Jacob were excited to be in the photo. (Yeah Jac's wearing underwear, we are giving the potty training another shot.)

Oh yeah almost forgot to tell you the dolls are waving hello in the last photo. :)

I thought I would share photos of a special order I did for a special Etsy customer! I think this turned out soooooo pretty! I am really loving the colors, pink, red and teal together. Just such rich colors and the colors together really compliment each other very well. I also made the bib as a freebie for her since I took longer then expected on the quilt.

Baby Gift

I created this blanket for a friend. She is refusing to find out the sex of the baby, which is driving me CRAZY, but I will respect that regardless. :) So I went on a mission to find gender neutral fabric to create her a rag quilt for the crib. How cute are my cuties!!!

The kids and I were outside yesterday. Jacob was doing his own thing by digging in the dirt of course. The girls and I were taking a few photos. They are such good models for me! I made these adorable flower clips for them and myself to use on those special occasions. I think they turned out so beautiful and they are a nice change from bows all the time. The girls loved them, said they felt pretty like a ballerina. Not sure what a flower has to do with a ballerina but hey I went with it while I snapped the shots.

I think I will do a girls craft night soon and show you all how to make several flowers for your little "ballerinas" and for yourself! Let me know if you might be interested in coming!

Little newborn

I had a newborn session and she was the BEST!!! Doesn't hurt that she was super cute too! She did cry one time and it was for about a minute then she went to sleep! Talk about a good baby!

Adult Category

I took this photo last fall for a family generation of girls. These two ladies are sisters and I just love this photo. Actually my daughter asked me about these two while I was editing and I will never forget what she asked, "Will we (her and her sister) be sisters forever or just for a little while?" Nope, sisters are FOREVER sweetheart!

Kids Category

This photo was taken this spring. I love to photograph little girls in their tutu's! I think it is just so cute. This little one took off running, but turned around just to see if we were watching, and she had her tongue out! It was too cute!

It's been a while since my last posting, sorry, but I think this one picture says it all what I have been up to.

Yep you guessed it, potty training!

Someone please tell me why I actually thought my last kid would be easy! AAAAAAAAAAA He is anything but easy with this last "baby" hurdle. If we can get past this then we will be to the point of no more bag needed when we go somewhere! How great is that feeling when you reach that point. Seemed like every time I got to that point I was pregnant again. This will really put me in the "grown up" kids category after we get this conquered. I can hardly wait, maybe that is why I am pushing so hard for this and he is pushing back so hard!
