There are times when I LOVE color in a picture, just makes the photo feel very rich and like a piece of artwork. Then there are other times when I LOVE black and white photos. B/W makes photos feel very traditional and like timeless classics that will make the moment last forever.
The kids were playing with daddy again this evening and I snapped a few shots. I can't decided which I like better the color or B/W. They really look great in both settings.
(And yes, poor Jacob is wearing a pink helmet, borrowed from his sister of course.)
Maybe I should go with the B/W. :)

I'm with you - I like both but, in spite of the pink helmet, I think I like the color shots better this time. I think mostly because of the trees or something. Maybe you could photoshop a different color on his helmet? ; )
I personally like the black and white but I am a HUGE black and white fan....not much help, I'm sure!!! Both are cute...and tell Jacob he can borrow Hudson's helmet anytime! It's black :)

While I do like B/W shots for their classic look, I do think that the closer shots in color are better. However, I love the last shot in B/W best!
All the pics are great, though! Good looking group you have there. And I'm not saying that because you're related and I may be a bit biased, really! ;-)
